Cranialsacral

Cranial Sacral therapy Is a non-invasive therapy that involves applied pressure to the cranial sacral system, which includes the skull, the face, and the spinal column down to the coccyx. Within this system circulates the cerebrospinal fluid (CFS) which nourishes, protects, and bathes the brain, spinal cord, and nerve roots.

Manipulation involves gentle pressure along the cranial sacral system in order to release any restricted flow of the CFS and thus restores balance and well-being to the body and relieve pain, stress, and tension in the skeletal and nervous system.
